use motion builder for final scene creation using mocap data

not to go back in the process or the flow

motionbuilder to target tool (crystaltools: cutEditor in house tool )
an automated pipeline form the MB-Story scene to the target in-house tool

ff13 target side manage the scene in the cut by cut based editor

the motion and the location of the camera information data in the timeline
